College Park has launched a new carbon composite prosthetic foot.
The Horizon™ is built for high-impact K3 patients with a heel spring and toe spring that were meticulously crafted utilizing maximum stress predictions to increase strength and prevent failure. Clocking in at 2.3in (5.8cm), the Horizon is one of the lowest profile K3 carbon composite feet, appropriate for longer residual limb patients that want the energy return provided in higher profile K3 feet. The Horizon is constructed with aircraft-grade titanium components, allowing for additional durability and a high-weight limit. The rollover Enviroshell™ design, combined with the specially engineered carbon composites, provide the perfect blend of comfort and ability for all activities.
